“A Boulder Institution.” Twig’s original clients’ children’s children are now clients themselves because the hair styling continues to be fresh and reflect the latest in women’s and men’s fashion while supporting budgets from university students to the well-heeled.
International team-building and inspiration trips on even years and domestic travel and internal and celebrity stylist education experiences on odd years help develop the Twig team. In 2024, the team spent a week in Barcelona gaining inspiration. More recently, Twig was featured in Denver Fashion Week.
Up to 22 stylists simultaneously practicing their art at our two-story historic Pearl Street building and Twig still has clients that only remark on how personably and warmly they are greeted and how comfortable they feel during their appointment which is a testament to what a happy and cohesive team, from Lead Stylist to receptionist, can do to make the experience feel intimate and special.

About Us
Brothers Enterprises was founded when one of its principals discovered that the hair salon they frequented was being sold. Despite having no prior experience in the hair industry, the co-owners agreed to acquire the salon and partner with the salon’s (now previous) owner. Now, Brothers Enterprises has acquired or built sufficient neighborhood brands to support over 40 employees.
Brothers Enterprises continues to patiently seek out perfect acquisitions: salons (and very unique barbershops) with exceptional talent that can benefit from some investment, generous compensation, international inspiration opportunities, and a respectful management team.
With these elements in place, Brothers Enterprises strives to revitalize talent-driven businesses and foster their growth and well-being. By providing top-notch and progressive management and support, Brothers Enterprises creates a positive and empowering environment for its team members and an exceptional experience for their clients.
In the Denver Business Journal’s 2024 “Lists of Lists,” Brothers Enterprises is the 4th largest LGBTQ-owned employer in the Denver/Boulder metro area.
Are you an owner looking for a little TLC?
If you are an owner of a salon or a truly unique barbershop with at least 6 chairs that is nestled in a great neighborhood with a devoted following and you love your art and your clients but you are getting tired of the business part of the things or you are slowly becoming less profitable, or just losing some of your inspiration, and you want to, finally, get some cash out of your investment without moving or giving up your clients? Let’s talk, confidentially, about options that honor your objectives and the brand you have successfully established.
Our ideal candidate is an owner/stylist or owner/barber that wants to continue on and keep their clients but unload the ownership side and not have to think about it after hours or on weekends for a lump sum of cash in addition to, “working less and earning more” as one of our prior owners, and now Creative Director says she experienced.
What’s our secret? We’re nice people who understand business and we acquire nice salons with nice people with outstanding talent and we compensate them well, mostly in paychecks, but also with respect and inspiration.
